I’m a mom of 3 kids under 6. My back tire blew out. I was stranded. The only tire on hand close by was Toyota Culver City they were closing in a hour . I spoke to the super friendly phone operator at Ramos😊. She was so understanding she did everything in her power to get us to Toyota. We made it just in time.
