They were dispatched to us by AAA. They arrived quickly and the driver…forgot his name completely…was very knowledgeable and on top of his work. I didn’t need to do anything, like I could anyhow as I was holding my infant daughter. Great customer service! They towed my husband’s truck and it was home safe and sound when we arrived back home.

Driver knew what he was doing. Dispatch was helpful in scheduling time and passing information to the driver. Who was Careful with my ride and secured it properly.

Cool, friendly professional driver. Wish I remembered his name to single him out. (Mateo??) He was Funny & In a good mood, which put me in a good mood. Also, the chick that called to update me was really sweet & polite too. Impressed.

I’m a mom of 3 kids under 6. My back tire blew out. I was stranded. The only tire on hand close by was Toyota Culver City they were closing in a hour . I spoke to the super friendly phone operator at Ramos😊. She was so understanding she did everything in her power to get us to Toyota. We made it just in time. I’ve had some tows in my life and I really have to say, this company cares. And you know tow companies most times don’t. I will use them again for sure. Driver was super nice also. Super cool and funny. He made my stressful event , not stressful anymore. Thank you guys at Ramos tow.. keep being the way you are👌😊✌️
